- From Risk to Reason. AI Studio, Automation Anywhere (/work/ai-studio.html).
  Made enterprise AI safe to adopt: approved models, testable AI skills,
  production monitoring. Became 65% of new enterprise sales; powers 1.6M+
  automations. Role: Lead Product Designer.
- 400 Hours Back. Test Studio, Pegasystems (/work/test-studio.html).
  Moved QA inside the build workflow instead of shipping another tool.
  400 hours returned per release cycle, about $3.1M/year. Role: Senior UX Designer.
- The $20M Spreadsheet. Siemens. Redesigned vehicle safety testing data
  workflows for 50,000+ engineers; solved a $20M process inefficiency. Built to
  WCAG AA. Screens are under NDA.
- Hanging Up the Call Center. The Kabadiwala (/work/kabadiwala.html).
  Service blueprint and app for scrap pickup in India. 500K+ downloads on
  Google Play, 90% fewer call-center bookings, 400% more bookings overall.

  cut design reviews from a week to hours. Eight designers, 20+ reviews/month.
- ML Before the Roadmap: Siemens hackathon top 5, 2019. Proved the case for
  ML prediction 18 months before it reached the roadmap.

## Teaching

- 350+ colleagues trained at Automation Anywhere in using AI to make sharper
  decisions: Claude basics, what goes before the prompt, project setup,
  co-working with an agent. Company-wide sessions plus separate ones for
  APAC, and counting.
- Started as mentoring four designers on the patterns AI Studio produced.

## The through-line

People don't trust decisions they can't see. At Siemens it was safety engineers
trusting a data system. At Pegasystems it was QA teams trusting automated
tests. At Automation Anywhere it's enterprises trusting AI to act inside their
operations. Same question, three companies. The work now: deciding what an
agent gets to do on its own, and what a person keeps.
