About · one question, three companies

People don't trust decisions they can't see.

I'm Shivam, a product designer in Bangalore. Twelve years in enterprise B2B, mostly on tools that never make it to Dribbble: automation platforms, QA systems, engineering data.

At Siemens it was safety engineers trusting a data system. At Pegasystems it was QA teams trusting automated tests. At Automation Anywhere it's enterprises trusting AI to act inside their operations. Same question, three companies. What changed each time was what I decided a person still had to see before the system could be trusted.

That's the work now: deciding what an agent gets to do on its own, and what a person keeps. If the hard problem on your roadmap is trust rather than pixels, I'd like to hear about it.

We run a cupcake business on weekends, The Cupcake Lady, which is how I ended up designing packaging at midnight.
